How we work

We are all busy individuals. Time is a precious commodity to us all and throughout our working week finding the time to focus on our tasks is imperative. sense studios will endeavour to treat every client interaction with the care and attention you deserve. As we are only yet a small company, sometimes there is a need to attend to urgent matters for other clients and this might cause delays. Please be patient, we will endeavour to action your request as soon as we can.

Communication

Undoubtably the best way to reach me is via mobile phone. But if your request is relating to an existing job sense studios provides a job management, feature request and bug tracking system that is extremely easy to use. Simply email support@sensestudios.com and your request will be tracked, managed and prioritised according to the urgency and if applicable, your Service Level Agreement (SLA).

Forms

Sometimes we need information, written authorisation or consent from you. We have several forms, which are all easy to use. Your prompt response to these forms will make your project proceed more quickly.

Business hours

sense studios has extended it's trading hours as of 1 June 2009 and is now open for business...

Monday to Friday 9.00am to 4.30pm

Outside these hours we can still attend to technical problems via email but incidents will be charged at our full hourly rate. The best way to reach us outside business hours is via email.
