If you’re like us you’ll hate legalese too. While the necessity of fine print is like insurance (you hope you never need it), nobody wants to read it. Here we have summarised and simplified all that waffle so you can quickly comprehend how we work.
Standard terms and conditions
By signing a quotation from sense studios you are indicating your agreement with the following standard terms and conditions of sale.
Fees
Extra work = more money, but we’ll let you know first.
Unforeseen work arising from requested extra design or additional functionality will be quoted for as needed. One-off simple alterations may be charged at our standard hourly rates.
Processes
Signature first
Extra features or design work will require a signed project brief, quotation and initial deposit before commencement.
Payment schedule
Half now, half later
Our standard practice follows industry conventions of 50% of the quoted amount upon commencement of the project and the remainder, including any additional out of pocket expenses incurred upon completion of the project.
The initial deposit is non-refundable.
We offer no credit.
